Tangible rewards are account credit, non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable, with an expiry, applicable only against your own subscription. Granted when we ship the improvement, to whoever proposed it first, once we verify it benefits several businesses.

I found a security issue. What do I do?
Tell us privately through responsible disclosure. Verified critical security bugs may receive a reward, assessed case by case.
Can I propose an idea on the free plan?
With Free or Spark you can vote. To propose ideas you need a paid plan (Starter or above). The more complete your plan, the more weight your voice carries.
