Program rules_
These rules govern Boty Co-Lab, our co-creation program. The program promises process, not outcome: we study every proposal and reply. Rewards are a discretionary thank-you, never a payment per idea nor an obligation to build.
Eligibility
Only customers with a Boty account in good standing. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Boty team are excluded.
Proposals and duplicates
The first eligible proposal for a substantially similar need is the one that counts; ties are resolved by submission date and time.
Decision at our sole discretion
Boty decides, finally and at its sole discretion, which proposals are eligible, original or duplicate, what gets built and what reward applies, if any.
No guarantee
Proposing or voting does not oblige Boty to build, reply to or reward any proposal.
Rewards
Tangible rewards are granted as account credit, non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable, applicable only against future Boty services, with an expiry date. They are granted when the improvement ships, to whoever proposed it first, and once we verify it benefits more than one business.
Fair use
The use of multiple accounts, vote swapping, coordination to inflate support and self-dealing are prohibited. Rewards obtained improperly are revoked or reclaimed.
Bugs
Only reproducible bugs that are not self-induced and not previously reported are recognized. Severity is determined by Boty.
Changes
Boty may modify or end the program at any time.
Privacy
We process customer proposals under legitimate interest to improve the product. We ask for separate consent only if we want to publish your name. You can exercise your rights and lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD); see the Privacy Policy.
