Welcome to the Boty documentation.

Boty is a suite of AI products for small and medium businesses, sold separately and managed from a single account. Each product solves one concrete job: capturing and working leads, posting on social media, running email marketing, or letting clients book appointments online. You turn on only the ones you need.

Products available today

Five products are built and live, and a sixth can be tried in a sandbox. What differs between them is how you sign up, and we say it product by product here rather than giving one rule that does not hold:

• Boty Leads — capturing, organising and following up leads (pipeline, inbox, AI assistance). The Free plan is free forever; paid plans are bought from your own dashboard. Pricing not published yet.
• Boty Social — creating and scheduling social media content with AI assistance. Spark plan free. Pricing not published yet.
• Boty Mail — email marketing by send volume, with assisted campaign creation. Spark plan free. Pricing not published yet.
• Boty Reserve — an online booking page with your branding, AI appointment entry (one sentence, reviewed before saving), zero double bookings guaranteed by the database. It is the only product with published pricing (€19, €39 or €49/mo) and it has a 14-day trial with no card. Card payment is not open yet; in the meantime signing up by bank transfer is still available by writing to us.
• Boty Auditor — an audit of your website across six dimensions (accessibility, security, privacy, links, email and technical SEO). It is the most self-serve product of all: a free scanner with no sign-up, and packs and subscriptions with published prices bought by card, with no sales call.
• Boty Invoice — per-managed-client invoicing for accounting practices. The Phase 0 console is live and you can rehearse with your real client portfolio, but everything is a sandbox: no invoice sealed there has legal or fiscal validity, and it cannot be bought yet.

What does not exist yet

Boty has other products planned. Insights, Forms, Support, Docs, Reviews and HR are not built yet: they appear as “coming soon” on the website and cannot be bought or used. This documentation only describes what already works.

Account and billing

Your Boty account is single and central. With it you access any product you have purchased, and you manage your team and payments from one place.

How this documentation is organised

Each product has its own section with step-by-step guides. If this is your first time, start with the product you purchased. For anything related to payments, team or personal data, see Account and Privacy, which are common to all products.
