Boty Documentation

Welcome to the Boty documentation.

Boty is a suite of AI products for small and medium businesses, sold separately and managed from a single account. Each product solves one concrete job: capturing and working leads, posting on social media, running email marketing, or letting clients book appointments online. You turn on only the ones you need.

Products available today

Four products are built and live. Three (Leads, Social, Mail) are available to purchase and use now via checkout; Reserve is live but currently in a sales-assisted pilot:

• Boty Leads — capture, organisation and follow-up of leads (pipeline, inbox, AI assistance).
• Boty Social — content creation and scheduling for social media with AI assistance.
• Boty Mail — email marketing billed by sends, with assisted campaign creation.
• Boty Reserve — branded online booking page, AI quick-add for appointments (one sentence, reviewed before it saves), zero double-bookings guaranteed by the database. Currently in pilot: no checkout button, onboarding via direct contact.

Note

Boty has other products planned. Insights, Forms, Support, Calendar, Docs, Reviews and HR are not built yet: they appear as “coming soon” on the website and cannot be purchased or used.

Boty Reserve is fully functional but its prices are not yet set — it is onboarded through a sales conversation, not a checkout.

Boty Invoice has its Phase 0 sandbox console live at invoice.boty.agency (sandbox only, no legal validity) — it can be accessed and rehearsed, but cannot be purchased yet: no sale prices are set. This documentation only describes what already works.

Account and billing

Your Boty account is single and central. With it you access any product you have purchased, and you manage your team and payments from one place.

How this documentation is organised

Each product has its own section with step-by-step guides. If this is your first time, start with the product you purchased. For anything related to payments, team or personal data, see Account and Privacy, which are common to all products.
