Account and billing

This page summarizes how the subscription, access, and usage limits work in Boty Mail.

Your plan defines two things:

  • Your monthly sending quota (500 / 5,000 / 25,000 / 100,000 depending on the plan), enforced by billing.
  • Your AI credit quota, which powers the artificial intelligence features (see AI credits).

Both quotas reset every month.

A send counts against your quota when it is an accepted marketing email within the current month. The following do not count:

  • transactional emails,
  • double opt-in confirmation emails.

Counting is based on the “acceptance signal”. A bounce that happens after acceptance does not return quota to you (this is a design decision to prevent abuse).

When you run out of sending quota, the system stops sending and offers you a plan upgrade. There are no surprise charges above your plan and no silent sends beyond the quota.

  • The paid plans (Starter/Growth/Agency) are billed monthly via Stripe through Boty’s central checkout.
  • Spark is free and requires no card.
  • There is no annual billing: it appears as “Coming soon” and is not implemented (see Plans).

Your purchase grants you access to the Mail workspace with a role (owner, manager, or staff). If, after buying, you cannot reach /campanas, the most likely cause is that the access grant (membership) was not completed: contact support and we will fix it. More detail in Buying and membership.

For consent, access (GDPR Art. 15), erasure (Art. 17), and other rights, see Privacy.
