Account and billing
This page summarizes how the subscription, access, and usage limits work in Boty Mail.
Your plan and your quota
Section titled “Your plan and your quota”Your plan defines two things:
- Your monthly sending quota (500 / 5,000 / 25,000 / 100,000 depending on the plan), enforced by billing.
- Your AI credit quota, which powers the artificial intelligence features (see AI credits).
Both quotas reset every month.
What counts as a billable send
Section titled “What counts as a billable send”A send counts against your quota when it is an accepted marketing email within the current month. The following do not count:
- transactional emails,
- double opt-in confirmation emails.
Counting is based on the “acceptance signal”. A bounce that happens after acceptance does not return quota to you (this is a design decision to prevent abuse).
When you hit the limit
Section titled “When you hit the limit”When you run out of sending quota, the system stops sending and offers you a plan upgrade. There are no surprise charges above your plan and no silent sends beyond the quota.
Subscription and payments
Section titled “Subscription and payments”- The paid plans (Starter/Growth/Agency) are billed monthly via Stripe through Boty’s central checkout.
- Spark is free and requires no card.
- There is no annual billing: it appears as “Coming soon” and is not implemented (see Plans).
Access and roles
Section titled “Access and roles”Your purchase grants you access to the Mail workspace with a role (owner,
manager, or staff). If, after buying, you cannot reach /campanas, the
most likely cause is that the access grant (membership) was not completed:
contact support and we will fix it. More detail in
Buying and membership.
Your data and rights
Section titled “Your data and rights”For consent, access (GDPR Art. 15), erasure (Art. 17), and other rights, see Privacy.
