Does Boty Mail charge me per contact?

No. Boty Mail charges per send, with unlimited contacts on all plans. Your list can grow without your bill going up: you pay for the emails you send each month. See Plans.

Can I send to a list I bought or exported from elsewhere?

Not directly. Boty Mail only allows sending to contacts with valid consent (confirmed double opt-in or equivalent legal basis). It is a compliance requirement, not an arbitrary limitation. See Privacy.

Can I already send mass campaigns to my whole list?

It depends on your account state

Real mass sending is behind a production gate that is enabled in phases (it requires a verified domain and deliverability configuration). What you can do today, guaranteed, is generate your campaign draft with AI, with the legal block included. Verify your domain and prepare your campaigns; check with support about the sending status on your account.

Does Boty Mail send WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is not built. Boty Mail today sends email only. Even if you see WhatsApp mentioned in future plans, do not count it as part of your plan.

Do the automated (drip) sequences run on their own?

Not yet. The foundation is built (the tables and the queue exist), but there is no executor that triggers the sequences based on subscriber behavior. It is a roadmap feature.

Is there A/B testing with auto-optimization?

For subject lines, the AI proposes subject variants and a winner is chosen using a deterministic criterion. Full A/B testing with campaign auto-optimization (schema, API, and UI) is not built: it is a catalog promise, roadmap.

If I run out of AI credits, can I no longer send?

No. AI credits and the sending quota are separate quotas. If your credits run out, only the AI features pause; your sends continue normally. See AI credits.

Is there a discounted annual plan?

Not yet. Today billing is monthly only. The annual plan appears as “Coming soon” and is not implemented.

Does my data stay in the EU?

Storage and sending are EU-oriented, but AI processing may use providers outside the EU depending on the plan. The detail of transfers and sub-processors is on the official privacy page.

I bought Mail and I can’t reach /campanas. What’s going on?

The most likely cause is that the access grant (membership) was not completed after the purchase. It is not your mistake: contact support and we will give you access. See Buying and membership.
