The booking page
https://reserve.boty.agency/r/<slug> is the public page where your
clients book an appointment — no account, no password. The <slug> is the
one you configure under Branding → Enlace de
reserva (Booking link).
The guest’s journey
Section titled “The guest’s journey”- Servicio (Service). A list of active services, each with its name and duration. Prices are never shown on the booking page — only the service name and how long it takes.
- Profesional (Professional). This step is automatically skipped when the business has exactly one active professional — the appointment is assigned to them without asking anything. With two or more professionals, the guest picks a specific person or “Cualquiera disponible” (Anyone available — assigned to whoever has the fewest appointments that day).
- Día y hora (Day and time). A full month calendar opens immediately, with days that have availability highlighted and the rest dimmed and non-interactive. Tapping a day shows that day’s available times instantly — no button to press. The ‹ › arrows change month (never backwards into the past), and a date field remains for anyone who prefers to type. Only genuinely bookable slots are offered, with existing blocks and appointments already subtracted, and times are always the business’s local time, never the guest device’s.
- Sus datos (Their details). Name, phone, an optional email (recommended), an optional note, and the mandatory RGPD consent checkbox: “Acepto que mis datos (nombre y teléfono) se usen únicamente para gestionar esta reserva, según la política de privacidad del negocio.” (“I agree that my data — name and phone — will be used solely to manage this booking, per the business’s privacy policy.”) Without checking it, the confirm button stays disabled — nothing is ever submitted without that consent. If the guest leaves an email, they receive the booking confirmation carrying your name and your colours, including the link to manage it; the phone number remains the required field.
- Confirmación (Confirmation). A final screen with the “Gestionar mi
cita” (Manage my appointment) button and, below it, the full URL
written out with a copy button — the guest sees exactly what they
are being asked to save. They can also add the appointment to their
calendar (a
.icsfile for iPhone, Android, and Outlook, or a direct Google Calendar link).
How the guest gets back to their appointment
Section titled “How the guest gets back to their appointment”Four paths, none requiring an account or password:
- The email, if they left one: the confirmation carries the manage link.
- Their calendar: the appointment they add from the confirmation screen carries the manage link in the event description, so it follows them across every device where their calendar syncs. The entry lasts as long as the service — the salon’s cleaning margin is not blocked in the guest’s personal calendar.
- The browser itself: the page remembers the booking made from that
device, so on returning to
/r/<slug>a notice appears at the top — “Ya tienes una cita reservada desde este dispositivo” (“You already have an appointment booked from this device”) — with its link. This is a convenience, not a guarantee: it is lost if the guest clears browser data, uses private browsing, or if their browser blocks storage (common on Safari when the booking page is embedded in a business’s website). It disappears once the link expires. - A manually saved link, in bookmarks or anywhere.
A guest who left no email, saved nothing, and changed device must call the business; that is why the email is recommended in the form.
Managing an appointment already made
Section titled “Managing an appointment already made”The confirmation link leads to /r/<slug>/cita/<token>, showing the
appointment summary (service, professional, date and time, and who it was
booked under) and two actions while still inside the window: Cambiar
fecha u hora (Change date or time) and Cancelar cita (Cancel
appointment).
Cambiar fecha u hora shows the same month calendar as step 3, limited to slots for the professional already assigned — a reschedule never reassigns the guest to a different professional. Cancelling also clears the browser’s local reminder so no dead link remains on the booking page.
Cancellation is allowed until the cutoff — 12 hours before the appointment, by default. That is the platform-wide default today; no console screen lets a business adjust it per tenant yet.
Past that cutoff, the page reads “Ya no se puede gestionar online” (“This can no longer be managed online”) and, if the business has a phone number configured under Marca, shows direct call and WhatsApp links to that number — the guest contacts the business directly; Reserve sends no message on its own.
Business branding on this page
Section titled “Business branding on this page”If the business configured a logo, name, and brand color in the console (Branding), this page uses them in the header and on buttons — with an accessible color computed server-side, not the raw hex value. A business with no branding configured gets a safe neutral default, never a broken page.
At the foot of every step there’s a discreet “powered by Boty” link — only when the business has left that toggle on under Marca (on by default).
