AI credits

Boty Mail includes generative AI on all plans, with no paid add-on. The usage of those features is measured with AI credits, a quota separate from the sending quota.

The key rule: AI and sending are separate quotas

If your AI credits run out, sending does NOT stop

AI credits only limit the artificial intelligence features (generate campaign, subject variants, etc.). They do not affect your ability to send emails: your plan’s sending quota continues as normal. AI is an accelerator, not a bottleneck.

Credits per plan

These are the values that appear as defaults in the credit system:

Some AI operations cost more than one credit depending on their real cost. For example, generating a complete campaign consumes several credits; a cheap text operation consumes fewer.

Status of credit enforcement

Each plan’s sending quota (500 / 5,000 / 25,000 / 100,000) is enforced by billing today. By contrast, the exact AI credits per plan values are listed in the code as a documented recommendation and are pending sign-off before governing any definitive blocking or metering. In other words: AI is measured by credits, but the final caps per plan may be adjusted before launch. Take the table above as a reference, not as a closed contract.

What happens when credits run out

When you consume your monthly credit quota, the AI features stop generating new content until the monthly reset. Your sends and the compliance features keep working normally. The credit quota resets every month.

WhatsApp is not included

Although some plans mention WhatsApp in the future, Boty Mail today sends email only and AI credits do not enable WhatsApp. Do not count it as part of your plan.
