Verifying your domain in Boty Auditor

Boty Auditor only scans websites whose owner has authorized it. After payment you receive a verification token and choose one of two methods.

Method 1 — DNS TXT record (recommended)

1. Open your domain’s DNS panel (wherever the domain is registered).
2. Create a TXT record named _boty-auditor-challenge.yourdomain.com.
3. Paste the token you received after payment as the value.
4. Return to your order page and press “Verify now”.

DNS propagation can take minutes to a few hours; you can retry verification as many times as you need.

Method 2 — Meta tag

If you cannot touch DNS, add this inside your homepage <head>:

<meta name="boty-auditor-verification" content="YOUR_TOKEN">

then press “Verify now”. You can remove the tag once the audit is done.

What happens next

As soon as verification passes, the order enters the queue and the scan starts on its own. You can follow the status (queued → scanning → in review → delivered) from your order page, with your email and purchase identifier.
