The 14-day free trial

You can try a Boty product for 14 days without entering a card. There is no charge at the end, because no payment method is stored: when it ends, it ends.

  1. Sign in with your Boty account (or create one — it is free).
  2. On the product’s page, press Try 14 days free.
  3. The product is active in your organisation immediately and you land straight in its console.

Nobody has to approve it and there is nobody to talk to first. During the trial you will receive a welcome email and reminders at days 3, 7 and 12, so the end never catches you by surprise.

A trial grants the mid tier, never the entry tier:

ProductPlan during the trial
Boty ReserveSalón
Boty SocialGrow
Boty LeadsStarter
Boty MailStarter

That is deliberate. A free look at the cheapest plan shows the product with its best parts switched off, which tells you less than having no trial at all.

This is not an oversight. Issuing an invoice in Invoice writes an immutable, hash-chained tax record: it cannot be undone, and correcting it means filing a rectifying invoice against a real tax authority. A trial of something that cannot be taken back is not a trial. You can see Invoice work in preview mode, which computes the whole invoice without ever issuing it.

Each organisation may open one trial of each product, and that record is never cleared: it survives cancelling and coming back later. If you have already used your trial of a product, getting back in means choosing a plan.

You also cannot be downgraded into a trial: if you already pay for that product, the button says so and takes you to your console instead of changing anything.

  • Access closes the day the counter shows, with no grace period. The console takes you to a screen reading “Your free trial has ended” and will not let you in until you pick a plan.
  • Your data stays. On expiry the system marks the subscription cancelled; it does not delete your appointments, contacts, posts or sends.
  • If you pick a plan later, you get access to what was already there, exactly as you left it.

The console shows the day counter from the first day of the trial, not just at the end, and it changes tone in the last three days so the date never sneaks up on you.

Choose a plan on the product’s own pricing page — for Boty Reserve that is reserve.boty.agency/precios — or from your account’s billing section. From then on it is an ordinary subscription, with the Stripe portal for changing the card, downloading invoices or cancelling — see Account and billing.
