The 14-day free trial

When you create your account and confirm your email you get 14 days of everything in Pro, with no card. There is no charge at the end, because no payment method is stored: after that time your account drops to Free by itself and you keep your data.

What Free is

Every product has a permanent Free plan, with the basics and caps you can see. The levels, the prices (before VAT and with VAT included) and what opens at each are at boty.agency/precios.

How to open it

1. Create your Boty account (it is free and asks for no card).
2. Confirm your email with the link we send you. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, the email already comes confirmed.
3. The trial opens by itself, at once, in Boty Reserve, Boty Social, Boty Leads and Boty Mail, with the Pro features unlocked.

Until you confirm your email, your account is on Free. Temporary email addresses do not open the trial. You do not need to talk to anyone or wait for approval.

You get a welcome email when you create the account. If you have set up Boty Reserve (at least one active service), during the trial we also write to you at 3, 7 and 12 days and the day before it ends, so the end does not catch you by surprise.

Which level you get

The trial gives you the Pro level in every product:

That is on purpose. A trial of a lower level would show you the product with its best parts switched off, which informs you worse than no trial at all.

During the trial the AI credit pool is the trial one, larger than the Free one; when it ends it goes back to the Free pool (30 credits a month, shared across your products).

Boty Invoice has no trial

That is not an oversight. Issuing an invoice in Invoice writes an immutable, chained tax record: it cannot be undone, and correcting it means a corrective invoice against a real tax authority. A trial of something that cannot be undone is not a trial. You can see Invoice working in preview mode, which works out the whole invoice without issuing it.

One trial per person

The trial is one per person, not one per account: it is recognised by your email, so opening another account with the same email does not repeat it, and that account stays on Free with all its data. The record that you used the trial is never deleted: it stays even if you cancel and come back later. To get the paid features back you pick a level.

You also cannot be “downgraded” into a trial: if you already pay for a product, nothing is changed.

What happens when it ends

• Your account drops to Free, with no charge. You keep the product with its Free caps; the paid features stay visible behind a lock, with the level that includes them.
• Your data stays. Your appointments, leads, posts and sends are not deleted, and you can export them at any time.
• If you pick a paid level later, you get the features back at once, exactly as you left them.

In Boty Reserve, a bar in the console tells you when the trial ends and that, afterwards, your account continues on Free with everything you created.

If you want to continue

Choose a level at boty.agency/precios or from your account’s billing section. From then on it is an ordinary subscription, with the Stripe portal for changing the card, downloading invoices or cancelling — see Account and billing.

Caution

Cancelling and refunds. Taking a paid plan means asking for the digital service to start immediately, which is why the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies (art. 103 TRLGDCU, Spain). This is shown at payment time, before you confirm. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not refund the current period. None of this applies to the free trial, because nothing is ever charged.
