Boty Leads
Boty Leads is Boty’s tool for managing your leads with AI assistance: it captures contacts from WhatsApp and web forms, scores them while explaining why, places them on a visual pipeline and helps you reply on time.
What it solves
Section titled “What it solves”When a potential customer reaches you through WhatsApp or a form on your website, Boty Leads:
- Collects them in a unified inbox so no message gets lost.
- Scores them with AI (a 1-to-10 grade) and tells you what it’s based on, quoting the actual messages from the conversation.
- Places them on a visual pipeline by stage so you can see where each opportunity stands.
- Drafts a suggested reply that you review and approve before sending.
The idea is simple: that you reply to the hottest lead first and that no contact goes cold for lack of follow-up.
Who it’s for
Section titled “Who it’s for”Designed for small businesses and freelancers with a real inflow of leads via WhatsApp or web: real-estate agencies, clinics, academies, agencies, professional services and local retail. You don’t need a technical team: the setup is guided and the AI does the heavy lifting.
How control works
Section titled “How control works”The AI proposes, you decide. By default, the drafts the AI writes are not sent until a member of your team approves them (you can edit them before sending or reject them). AI spend is capped by your plan, so the bill won’t blow up.
