Privacy and GDPR

Boty Leads is designed to help you capture and manage leads in compliance with the GDPR. This page is an indicative summary; the current legal text is always on the official pages linked below.

Section titled “Marketing consent”

When you capture a lead via a web form, the consent checkbox determines its status:

  • Granted: the lead ticked the box. Boty stores the proof (date, policy version and technical information) securely on the server.
  • Pending: they didn’t tick the box. The lead is saved all the same, but without marketing and without making up any proof.

The consent proof (IP, browser, date) is kept on the server to respond to an audit and is never shown in the dashboard.

Your rights over your leads’ data

On the Pro plan you can export or delete any lead’s data. As the controller of your contacts’ data, you are the one who handles their rights; Boty gives you the tools to do it.
