Boty Reserve plans and pricing
Reserve starts free and is priced per staff member, not per appointment and not per customer. There is no per-booking or new-client commission, and Boty never touches the money your customers pay you. Prices exclude VAT, every price also shows the total with VAT included, there is no lock-in and there is no setup fee.

Reserve has no Agency level: its top level is called Unlimited and puts no cap on the number of professionals.

AI credits
Section titled “AI credits”Every account shares one monthly pool of AI credits across its products. In Reserve, each level gives this pool:

If you hold several paid products, the pool is the largest of them, not the sum. You can see how many you have used in the console.
Always free
Section titled “Always free”- Booking without an account for your customers, on your own branded page
- Zero double bookings: guaranteed by the database, not by an after-the-fact check
- No commission per booking or per new client
- Automatic email reminder before every appointment
- Manual time blocks, to close gaps when needed
- No-show tracking: who did not come, counted per client
- Recurring appointments: the whole series in one operation
- Your page installable on a phone, and embeddable in your site
- Your data, always exportable
On Free, the foot of your booking page, and of the confirmation and reminder emails your clients receive, carries a discreet invitation in place of the badge: “¿Tienes un negocio con citas? Crea tu agenda gratis” (Do you run a business with appointments? Create your free agenda). The link carries your Boty Co-Lab code: if the person who opens it signs up and ends up paying, both sides receive one month of credit. It comes off from Essential.
Annual billing
Section titled “Annual billing”Paying the year up front charges 10 months and you use 12: two months free, on any paid level.
The staff limit
Section titled “The staff limit”The level caps how many active staff you can have at once. When you try to add one above the cap, the console tells you and offers to move you up a level; nothing is half-created and nothing extra is charged. Deactivating a staff member frees their seat.
Try it first
Section titled “Try it first”When you sign up you get a 14-day trial with everything in Pro, with no card. When it ends your account drops to Free by itself and your data and your booking page stay where they were.
