Boty Reserve plans and pricing
Reserve is priced per staff member, not per appointment and not per customer. There is no per-booking or new-client commission, and Boty never touches the money your customers pay you.

The three plans

All three plans have the same features. The only thing that changes between them is how many active staff members you can have at once and how much AI quick-add quota you get each month:

Manual schedule blocks, no-show tracking, classes, passes and activity reports are on every plan from day one — there is no feature you have to upgrade to unlock.
On every plan

The launch price
Section titled “The launch price”Reserve has just shipped and the first businesses come in at a better price: €19, €39 or €49 a month depending on the plan, instead of the €29, €59 and €79 list prices. That is the price you sign up at today.
Setup is €149 list, free during launch. You do it yourself: activate your plan, open the console, and the setup checklist walks you through services, staff, hours, branding and your link. The console assistant is trained on setup and answers on the spot. If you would rather we did it with you, write to us.
Annual billing
Section titled “Annual billing”Paying for the year up front charges 10 months for 12: two months free, on any of the three plans.
The staff limit
Section titled “The staff limit”The plan caps how many active staff members you can have at once. Trying to add one over the cap tells you so and offers the next plan up; nothing is half created and nothing extra is charged. Deactivating a staff member frees a seat.
Trying it first
Section titled “Trying it first”You can open a 14-day trial with no card on the Salón plan. When it ends you pick a plan, and your data stays where it was.
