Calendar and publishing

The calendar gathers your drafts and scheduled posts so you can see at a glance what’s going out and when.

Schedule a post

1. Create or generate a draft in the Studio.
2. Choose Schedule and select a date and time.
3. Confirm. The post stays on the calendar at the chosen time.

Scheduling does NOT publish automatically

This is the most important thing to understand: Boty Social does not post for you. When you schedule, Boty reminds you to publish it at the chosen time. You do the final publishing on Instagram or LinkedIn (usually by copying the content).

There’s no native automatic posting to the networks yet.

The “Best time” (scheduling recommendation)

When scheduling, Boty can suggest a “Best time” to post.

The scheduling recommendation is NOT AI

The “Best time” (smart-schedule) is calculated with a deterministic table by sector, platform, day and hour, optionally mixed with your own engagement history. It’s a good rule-based guide, but it isn’t an AI model. That’s why it doesn’t cost credits.

You can accept the suggestion with one click or choose your own date and time.

What happens if an account is disconnected

If the account where you had scheduled content disconnects or its permission expires, those posts are paused until you reconnect it. Check the token health in Connecting networks.

Measuring results

In Analytics you see your accounts’ activity (followers, posts, recorded engagement), with the history range your plan allows.

Attribution to leads: not yet

The idea of “this post brought me this customer” (a Social → Boty Leads bridge) is a product direction, not a data flow available today. Today Social measures your activity on networks; it doesn’t automatically link a post to a lead.
