Privacy and GDPR

This page is an indicative summary. It does not replace the legal text: the valid and complete version is always the one on the official pages linked below.

The essentials

• Boty processes personal data to deliver the services you buy — Leads, Social, Mail, Reserve, Auditor and Invoice — and to manage your account and billing.
• You are the controller of your contacts’, patients’ or end customers’ data; Boty processes it on your instructions. You are the one who answers those people’s rights, and Boty gives you the tools.
• Your data and your contacts’ data are subject to the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, among others.
• Each product may process different kinds of data depending on what it does.

Three products without their own policy yet

Reserve, Auditor and Invoice currently rely on the hub’s policy. We say so instead of staying quiet about it because Reserve processes third-party data — the name, phone and email of your business’s customers — and whoever uses it deserves to know exactly which text applies. If you need a data processing agreement (Article 28) for your records, ask and we will send it.

Getting data out or deleting it, product by product

The right exists in every product. What differs is whether there is a button today or you have to ask, and we say that plainly:

Boty Reserve	Button — Console → Settings → Your data (Article 20 JSON, or CSV). Stays available even if the trial expired or the plan is unpaid.	Button — Console → Clients → Delete data: name and phone are permanently anonymised and appointment history is preserved without them.
Boty Social	—	Button to delete the account, which removes the whole organisation’s data.
Boty Mail	On request.	One-click unsubscribe for the subscriber from the email itself; full erasure on request.

Boty Auditor, Boty Invoice	On request.	On request. A sealed invoice is never deleted: it is an immutable fiscal record, and the correction is a credit note.

What “on request” means

That the capability is built and works, but does not have a button on screen yet: we run it when we receive your request. Exercising a GDPR right never depends on your plan and is never charged for.

How to exercise a right

Write to privacy@boty.agency stating the product and the person affected.
