Your account
Section titled “Your account”Your identity in Boty is a single one across the whole ecosystem. If, beyond Social, you also use other verticals (such as Boty Leads), you sign in with the same account and each one manages its own permissions.
Your plan and your credit balance
Section titled “Your plan and your credit balance”From the admin panel you can see:
- Your current plan and what it includes.
- Your credit usage for the month (how many you’ve used and how many you have left).
Boty warns you when you’re getting close to your monthly credit limit (at 50%, 80% and 90%), so it doesn’t catch you by surprise.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account settings. The change adjusts your credit and brand allowances according to the new plan.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”There’s no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and then you move to the free plan.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Payment is handled securely through our payment provider. The prices shown include VAT where applicable, as indicated on the pricing page.
