Buying and membership

Boty Mail has four plans: Spark (free), Starter, Growth, and Agency. Spark requires no payment; the other three are monthly subscriptions.

How to buy

Signing up for a paid plan is done through Boty’s central checkout, which manages the subscription with Stripe. When you complete the purchase, your account is provisioned for Mail and you get access to your work area at /campanas.

The Spark (free) plan does not go through checkout: it is activated without a card and gives you 500 sends per month with unlimited contacts so you can try the product.

Status of the go-on-sale flow

The Mail purchase path (visible prices on the plans page, checkout button, and automatic access grant) is part of the launch work. If, when you try to buy, you can’t find the button or you don’t reach /campanas after paying, it’s because that wiring is still being finished. It’s not your mistake: contact support and we’ll give you access.

Membership: what your purchase unlocks

Buying a plan does two things:

1. Activates the Mail plan on your account (defines your sending quota).
2. Grants you access (membership) to the Mail workspace, with your role within the organization.

You need both to enter /campanas. If you ever see a vertical access error right after buying, it’s a sign that membership was not granted: let us know and we’ll fix it.

Roles

Within Boty Mail there are three roles:

• owner and manager: full access, including domain, deliverability, team, and billing configuration.
• staff: access to the campaigns and audience workspace, without the administrative configuration.

Mail within a pack

If you sign up for an ecosystem pack (several Boty products together), Mail is included with the Growth plan (25,000 sends/month, unlimited contacts).

Mail provisioning in packs

The inclusion of Mail within the packs and the corresponding access grant is a point the team verifies before selling them. If you buy a pack that should include Mail and you can’t reach /campanas, contact support: it’s a provisioning issue, not a problem with your purchase.
