Account and billing
In Boty you have a single account that works across all products. With that same account you access Leads, Social or Mail (whichever you have purchased), manage your team and control payments from one place.
One account, several products
Section titled “One account, several products”When you register, Boty creates an organisation (your “operator”) tied to your account. Each product you purchase is added to that organisation and gives you access to its application. You don’t need a separate account per product: it’s always the same one.
- Your access to each product depends on having purchased that product and on being a member of it within your organisation.
- Whoever creates the organisation is the owner, and is the one who can purchase, pay and manage the team.
Purchasing a product
Section titled “Purchasing a product”Products are purchased separately. When you purchase:
- You choose the product and its plan.
- Stripe secure checkout opens (by card), where you accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- On confirmation, the product is activated in your organisation and you are taken directly to its home screen to start setting it up.
About “pack” discounts
Section titled “About “pack” discounts”Internal strategy material mentions the idea of discounts for activating several products at once. This is a proposal, not an implemented discount. Today each product is billed at its own price, with no automatic discount for combining products. If one exists in the future, we will announce it explicitly.
Managing the subscription (Stripe portal)
Section titled “Managing the subscription (Stripe portal)”All payment management is done from the Stripe customer portal: changing the card, viewing and downloading invoices, and cancelling.
- You enter the portal from the billing section of your account.
- Only the owner of the organisation can open the portal and make billing changes. If you are not the owner, you won’t see that option.
- To open the portal you must have purchased at least one product (that is, already have a customer created in Stripe).
Team and roles
Section titled “Team and roles”Team management is central: it’s done once for the whole organisation, not separately in each product.
You can invite people by email:
- If the person already has a Boty account, they are added directly as a member.
- If they don’t have an account yet, they stay as a pending invitation and receive an email to join.
Each member has a role per product. The recognised roles are:

Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”Cancellation is done from the Stripe portal (the same billing section):
- Open the customer portal.
- Choose the subscription you want to cancel.
- Confirm the cancellation from the portal.
Since each product is billed separately, you can cancel one and keep using the others.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”The processing of your personal data and that of your contacts is governed by the current privacy policies. You’ll find the summary and links in Privacy.
