Section titled “Can I start for free?”Yes. The Free plan is forever, no card. It includes 1 WhatsApp number and up to 50 leads per month, with a unified inbox and basic AI scoring, so you can try it with real data before moving to a paid plan.
What counts as a “lead”?
Section titled “What counts as a “lead”?”Each unique contact that comes in through WhatsApp or your web forms during the month. If the same customer writes to you several times, it counts as a single lead. On Pro, leads have no practical limit.
Is there annual billing?
Section titled “Is there annual billing?”Not yet. Billing is monthly. Discounted annual billing will be announced when it’s available.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Section titled “Can I cancel whenever I want?”Yes, with no lock-in and no penalties. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and every plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. See Account and billing.
About the AI
Section titled “About the AI”Is the scoring real AI?
Section titled “Is the scoring real AI?”Yes. Qualification uses a real language model, not a formula in disguise. It returns a 1-to-10 grade with a breakdown by criteria and quotes the actual messages it’s based on.
Does the AI make things up?
Section titled “Does the AI make things up?”The quotes are not made up: the AI can only reference messages that genuinely exist in the conversation; any invalid reference is discarded. The overall grade is calculated by weighting your rubric, which makes it more stable than asking the model for a standalone grade.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Section titled “What happens if I run out of AI credits?”AI qualification and drafts are paused, but your leads are not lost: the contact is kept and you can keep replying by hand. The AI returns in the next cycle or when you upgrade your plan.
Where is the AI processed?
Section titled “Where is the AI processed?”On the corresponding plans, the AI is processed on European infrastructure, with the provenance visible in the usage log. The specific provider depends on your plan.
About WhatsApp
Section titled “About WhatsApp”Does WhatsApp work right after subscribing?
Section titled “Does WhatsApp work right after subscribing?”Not automatically. WhatsApp is connected through 360dialog (an official Meta provider) and requires setup: registering your WhatsApp Business number and connecting the credentials. Until then, you won’t receive or deliver WhatsApp messages.
Does Boty charge me a markup on WhatsApp messages?

About the day-to-day

Section titled “Does the AI send messages on its own?”No. The AI proposes drafts, but none is sent until a member of your team approves it (you can edit it or reject it). See Inbox and approval.
Which automations work today?
Section titled “Which automations work today?”The trigger that works is stage change, with the actions change stage, send WhatsApp template (if WhatsApp is configured) and send webhook. Other triggers and actions you may see in the form are still being added. See Automations.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Section titled “Do I need technical knowledge?”No. Boty Leads is designed for small businesses and freelancers without a technical team. The setup is guided and the AI does the heavy lifting of capturing, scoring and proposing replies.
About data and GDPR

Section titled “Is my data GDPR-compliant?”The platform is designed to comply with the GDPR: it asks for explicit consent and stores the proof, and on the Pro plan you can export or delete any lead’s data. See the details and legal links in Privacy.
