Here’s how to manage your Boty Leads subscription, your team and cancellation.

In the Settings section (/admin/settings) you can see the status of your subscription: current plan, status, renewal date and whether it’s marked to cancel at the end of the period.

Payment management is done from the Stripe customer portal, which you access from your dashboard. There you can:

  • Update your payment method.
  • Download your invoices.
  • Change plan (upgrade or downgrade).

You can cancel whenever you want, with no lock-in. When you cancel:

  • The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, not immediately: you keep access until the current cycle ends.
  • There are no penalties.
  • Every plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Boty Leads has three roles, each with its own level of access:
