Here’s how to manage your Boty Leads subscription, your team and cancellation.
Your subscription
Section titled “Your subscription”In the Settings section (/admin/settings) you can see the status of your subscription: current plan, status, renewal date and whether it’s marked to cancel at the end of the period.
The Stripe customer portal
Section titled “The Stripe customer portal”Payment management is done from the Stripe customer portal, which you access from your dashboard. There you can:
- Update your payment method.
- Download your invoices.
- Change plan (upgrade or downgrade).
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”You can cancel whenever you want, with no lock-in. When you cancel:
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, not immediately: you keep access until the current cycle ends.
- There are no penalties.
- Every plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Team and roles
Section titled “Team and roles”Boty Leads has three roles, each with its own level of access:
